  Looking at the reviews it's not hard to see that there is a problem here with consistency. Being a regular customer and truck driver I can relate to the issues mentioned in the reviews. I would say they're all true, both good and bad. I've been treated like a king here and on other occasions I've would experience the opposite. It seems that it comes down to the number of staff on hand and how well they are trained where consistency is lacking. When there is sufficient staff on shift things usually go rather smoothly with happy customers. On the other hand when things are busy and they are short-staffed I've seen things go very wrong, FAST. For example I once walked out with a pizza that I purchased that not only took nearly an hour to receive, but when I tried it, it was badly burned. Being on a schedule I hadn't any time to return it. So I ate burned pizza. Its not all bad though. If they could focus on keeping staff well trained as well as having sufficient staff on hand at all times , I believe things would improve and stay that way.

  Oftentimes there are multiple pumps out of service so line ups form. DEF pumps don’t work in cold weather, need a better system.

  Love coming here, however the staff turnover is extremely high and it creates problems both for the company and the customers.

  Had to wait 7 minutes in line. Then when I got to the counter the employee said the don't have apple/tap pay. So I went and got cash from my car, instead of them letting back in line to quickly cover my gas, I had to wait in the line again for 10minutes. This is horrible service. Don't come here it you just want to get gas and leave! A line should never take this long in a gas station.

  Biggest issue is end of day parking. Lot fills and drivers park like fools taking multiple spots. Not Flying J’s fault though.

  Big parking lot but always full . Place is nice and still new-ish . Def doesn’t work a lot of times .
